Amaya & Karu’s third installment of their NexGen series – MIXTAPE 120: NexGen // Worldwide is a musical journey that spans the globe, featuring an eclectic mix of genres and artists from different corners of the world. The playlist kicks off with an upbeat intro before launching into Macklemore’s energetic “Chant.” The vibe shifts with Black Alien’s smooth Brazilian rap track “Que Nem O Meu Cachorro” and Daisy the Great’s indie pop anthem “Record Player,” featuring AJR.

Next up is Ypsos et Smimooz’s “Feeling Good,” a dreamy and soulful track that transitions seamlessly into Mademoiselle Lou’s “Petit Coeur,” a French pop ballad with a vintage feel. Harry Styles’ hit “Adore You” adds a contemporary touch, followed by Yall’s infectious “Hundred Miles,” featuring Gabriela Richardson. Grandson’s rock anthem “Eulogy” leads into De La Soul and MF Doom’s classic “Co.Kane Flow,” and Fujii Kaze’s “Sinunoga E-Wa” showcases the Japanese artist’s unique sound. The mixtape closes with JVKE’s upbeat “golden hour,” leaving listeners with a sense of optimism and a desire to explore more music from around the world.
